With 83 video segments and 8 awards to its credit, A RUNNING START is our largest project to date. But before we shot a single frame, we first collaborated with leading exercise physiologists to build developmentally appropriate curriculums for elementary, middle, and high school runners. We worked with these experts and New York Road Runners to make the running science in the curriculum and the instruction in the segments straightforward and engaging to coaches and kids alike.
